Here a few samples of the lessons you'll find inside
Deconstructing from religion
This isn’t a gentle goodbye. This is Lesson 2 — where we name how religion conditioned you to give time and money even when you didn’t want to. Where it weaponized guilt and disguised obligation as holiness. Inside this clip, we reject that indoctrination out loud. You’ll walk away remembering that refusal is a form of liberation — and that your time and money are yours.
Growing an anti-capitalist business
In this lesson, we reject the second foundation of capitalism: manipulation as marketing. You won’t find paid ads, inflated numbers, or cherry-picked success stories here. We name how capitalism rewards volume, not truth — and why anti-capitalist business flips that. When you’re in alignment and abundance, you don’t need to perform credibility. This is about building reach that’s real, results that are honest, and power that doesn’t extract.
Recognizing capitalist marketing when it's happening to you
This lesson names the manipulation for what it is: strategic scarcity. When a brand launches a $350 jacket they made for $20 — and then suddenly drops the price when no one bites — that wasn’t generosity. That was a trap. You were never supposed to afford it. You were supposed to beg for the sale and feel grateful when they “let” you in. In this clip, we unpack how this pricing psychology keeps you loyal to brands that don’t respect you — and how to stop internalizing their scarcity as your reality.
Parenting Differently Than Our Parents
In this conversation, I discuss how to parent differently from previous generations by focusing on accountability instead of shame, breaking the cycle of emotional suppression, establishing healthy boundaries, and redefining respect in parent-child relationships. She emphasizes the importance of teaching children to be emotionally mature and responsible while allowing them to express their feelings. The conversation provides practical examples and insights into creating a nurturing environment for children to thrive.
These are just six examples. Inside the Institute, you’ll find lessons that show you how to unlearn capitalism and patriarchy across your career, your relationships, your identity — and rebuild from what’s actually yours.
You don't owe anyone urgency
But you do owe yourself alignment
Choose the access that honors your pace, your season, and your commitment to this work.
Perfect. This work isn’t just about business — it’s about identity, sovereignty, and rebuilding life from what’s real. Careers, relationships, money, family systems — it’s all in here.
Is this just for women?
No. This is for anyone unlearning patriarchal and capitalist programming. We speak to the ways these systems shape gender and identity, but the work applies across all gender expressions.
Can I start later?
You can wait. But this work already started — in your gut, in your questions, in your ache. Access is always open because this is a course-style program. No false scarcity, just clear containers. The only thing you put off is the life you actually want for yourself outside the oppression of patriarchy & capitalism
Will this be too intense for me?
If you’ve already made it through capitalism, this is the easy part. We hold hard truths without harm. This will actually feel like a relief to your nervous system
Is there a refund policy?
No. We don’t offer refunds — not because we don’t trust you, but because we trust the decision you’re making when you say yes.
Is there access to Lexi?
The first five people who join will get access to group coaching for 3 months in order to provide Lexi with feedback for later versions of the program. As of right now, after the first 5 enrollees, this will be a digital course only. If you want to work directly with Lexi 1:1 to dismantle these beliefs, send her a DM to discuss her availability.
You already know if it's time
This isn’t about convincing you. It’s about welcoming you — into a rhythm of clarity, honesty, and unlearning. If your body already said yes, follow that.
